The Florida Lottery mobile app is available on the App Store and Google Play. If you have any specific troubles with the app, like login, scanning tickets, help installing or mobile app navigation, please contact the Florida Lottery Customer Service.
Some additional tips on scanning tickets with the mobile app:
- If the scanner is opening but you are having trouble scanning your Florida Lottery ticket, make sure you are scanning the correct ticket barcode. For draw game tickets, the barcode is located on the front lower section of the ticket. For Scratch-Off Game tickets, the barcode is located on the FRONT of the ticket under the scratch off area.
- When the scanner captures the barcode it will beep and advance to a message. If you are receiving an error message, it should clearly state why the ticket is invalid. If you don’t see an error message, the scanner is having trouble recognizing the barcode.
- The scanner is sensitive to light. Try to move the ticket into a lighter room.
- Also place the ticket on a flat surface, rather than holding it in your hand, to avoid movement or shaking of the image.
- If the barcode is smudged, damaged or otherwise illegible, it could affect the registration of the scan. If that is the case, click the 'Manual' button on the scan page to enter the ticket number manually, or enter manually on the website.
You can still enter your eligible tickets into the Collect ‘N Win website to participate in the second chance promotion.
